Thrift Store

Our Thrift Store is always in need of furniture and large appliances such as stoves, refrigerators, washers and dryers. In addition to those things, the Thrift Store also accepts donations of small appliances, households goods, and clothing.

We will come to your house and pick up your large household items! All you need to do is schedule an appointment by calling us at 913.281.2274.

Food Pantry

We are dependent on the generosity of the public to keep our food pantry full. Some of the items we need most include:

• Spaghetti sauce
• Spaghetti
• Canned fruit
• Canned vegetables (please no corn)
• Instant potatoes
• Minute rice
• 1 lb. bag or can of pinto beans
• Any boxed dinners

Pantry Hours:

• Tuesday – Friday — 9am -- Noon and 1pm – 3pm
• Saturday — 11am – 3pm
• Sunday & Monday — Closed

Community Annex/Emergency Assistance Closet

The Community Annex and Emergency Assistance Closet needs donations of full-sized toiletries to help support its shower program and toiletries for families, seniors and individuals seeking assistance including:

• Shampoo and conditioner
• Bar soap
• Razors and deodorant
• Toothpaste and toobrushes
• Toilet paper, kleenex, paper towels
• Disposable diapers, size 3

Cross-Lines Garden

Thanks to everyone that helped make this year's garden a huge success. We harvested over 4,000 pounds of vegetables. Thank you!
